Classic car electrical repairs, wiring restorations, and vintage vehicle electronics.

Panther Kallista

1982-1990United Kingdom

The biggest project so far—a complete electrical system overhaul. The goal was to design and install a properly waterproofed electrical enclosure to house all relays, fuses, and wiring junctions. The original system had degraded over decades, with exposed connections and corroded terminals. The new setup features a sealed distribution box with labeled circuits, proper wire gauging, and modern blade fuses while maintaining the classic aesthetic.

Mercedes-Benz 450 SLC

1981Germany

Electrical diagnostics and repair work. The car arrived with inverted turn signals, non-functional dashboard lights, and a dead clock. After extracting the entire dashboard—a meticulous process of disassembly, diagnosis, and reassembly—I traced the issues to a blown PCB trace caused by a previous incorrect connection. The trace was repaired and continuity restored. The clock was fixed by replacing two blown capacitors. Most functions now work properly.

Lancia Fulvia Coupé 1.3S

1968-1976Italy

Full electrical system inspection and verification. Checked all circuits, connectors, and grounds for integrity. Cleaned and treated corroded terminals, verified relay operation, and ensured all lighting and accessory circuits were functioning correctly. Documentation was limited on this one, but the systematic approach ensured a reliable electrical system for this Italian classic.

Alfa Romeo Spider

Series 4Italy

Wiring cleanup and audio system installation. Started with tidying corroded wires and replacing several relays for windows and turn signals. The main project was installing a period-correct sound system. Initially fitted a modern head unit, but the owner requested an authentic analog radio instead. This required adding an external amplifier, which then needed a high-to-low converter for signal matching and a ground loop isolator to eliminate alternator whine. The result is clean sound with vintage aesthetics.

Fiat Punto

Mk1/Mk2Italy

A quick one-hour job for a friend. The door controls and window switches had stopped working. The issue turned out to be snapped wires in the door hinge area—a common failure point where the wiring harness flexes every time the door opens and closes. Traced the break, spliced in new wire, and everything was back to normal.

Custom Aprilia

Custom BuildItaly

Where it all started—my first ever vehicle project. Complete electrical installation done in a friend's garage. I handled all the wiring and electrical work while they took care of the mechanical side. This special project opened the door to everything that followed and gave me the confidence to take on all the other vehicles you see here.

BMW Cafe Racer

Custom BuildGermany

A cafe racer conversion that needed a new dashboard and appropriate wiring to match the stripped-down aesthetic. Designed and installed a clean, minimal electrical system with a custom gauge cluster.

Vespa

ClassicItaly

Similar to the BMW cafe racer—this classic Vespa needed a new dashboard and rewiring. Installed fresh wiring harness and gauges to bring the electrical system back to reliable condition.
